Every user has a home directory. Your home directory is the top of the tree containing all of
your files. When you login, you are initially in your home directory. If you type cdwith no directory name after it, you are moved to your home directory. To find out the pathname
of your home directory, type the command cd to switch to your home directory and then
use the pwd command to see the pathname.
